The strong growth is a result of a clear growth strategy, with significant investments to establish four modern logistics centers, resulting in an increase in warehousing space from 150 000 square meters at the time of investment to 230 000 square meters.
Aditro Logistics was founded in 1973 and in 2012 Valedo, in partnership with Aditro Logistics’ management, key employees and board, acquired the company. The ambition was to establish a leading provider of third-party logistics services, an attractive niche with high growth and long customer relationships with focus on quality. Aditro Logistics offers third party logistics services within warehousing, handling, staffing and distribution, with a strong customer base in Sweden and Norway consisting of renowned brands within e-commerce, retail, consumer, fashion, electronics and media.
A number of initiatives were completed during Valedo’s ownership in order to reach the position as a leading provider of third-party logistics services in Sweden and Norway.
After many years of strong performance, Valedo was contacted by several interested parties in 2019, including Posti, a leading postal and logistics service company in Finland. Posti identified Aditro Logistics as a strong platform to establish a presence in the third-party logistics market in Sweden and Norway, and an attractive offer was presented to the shareholders of Aditro Logistics. In February 2020, Aditro Logistics was divested to Posti.

Valedo has reached an agreement to acquire Aditro Logistics, a leading Nordic carrier-independent third party logistics supplier. Significant investments to establish four modern logistics centers, resulting in an increase in warehousing space from 150 000 square meters at the time of investment to 230 000 square meters. The company is present in the important logistics regions Stockholm, Jönköping, Borås and Oslo. Investments have also been made in organisation and IT infrastructure, in order to improve efficiency and quality control. With a thorough analysis of the logistics flows, fluctuations in volume, assortment and quality requirements, Aditro Logistics finds an optimal logistic solution for each customer.
Furthermore, with the acquisition of Procon Work Solution, a provider of logistics staffing, Aditro Logistics added staffing to the service offering. A comprehensive service offering enabled upsell to existing customers and shortened sales cycle to win new customers.
